Here are 3 steps to get started:
1) Plan your races in the ‘Race Calendar’: Set a constant reminder by inputting your race schedule.
2) Review ‘All Workouts’ in ‘Directory’: See over 50 workouts which can be used during your training. There are suggestions for which week you complete each workout depending on your progress.
3) Review each Week’s plan: There is a set training plan, Monday to Sunday, planned out in full. The 12 week plan starts on a Monday. This plan is designed to be flexible to your current level of fitness. Tailor it to your week but ensure you get every session in during the week.
